研究室インタビューにご協力いただく方へ
お話の内容と個人情報の取り扱いについて
研究室選びの情報サイト「LabLog（ラボログ）」では、研究室に在籍する学生の方や研究室の教員の方にお話を伺い、研究室選びを控えた学生に向けて「先輩の声」などとして掲載しています。インタビューにご協力いただく前に、伺った内容と個人情報をどのように扱うかをご説明します。
このページは、インタビューにご協力いただく学生・教員の方（LabLog の会員でない方を含みます）に向けた説明です。会員の方の情報の取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーに定めています。このページに書いていないことは、プライバシーポリシーに従います。
1. 伺う内容
- 研究室の基本情報（コアタイム、ミーティングの有無など）
- 研究の進め方、テーマの決まり方、指導の受け方
- 卒業後の進路や博士課程への進学の状況
- 研究室の魅力や、入ってから感じたこと
答えたくない質問には、お答えいただかなくてかまいません。
2. インタビューの進め方
- インタビューの始めに、このページの内容をご確認いただき、同意をいただいたうえでお話を伺います。
- LabLogの学生メンバーが質問を読み上げ、お答えいただいた内容を、その場で画面をお見せしながら記録用のフォームに入力します。記録する内容は、その場でご確認いただけます。
- 録音は、ご了承いただいた場合にのみ行い、内容を記録し終えた時点で削除します。
3. お預かりする個人情報
- 日程の調整や、公開前の確認のご連絡に使うお名前とメールアドレス
- ご所属（大学、学部・研究科、研究室名）
- 謝礼をお渡しする場合の、お渡しに必要な情報
4. 利用目的
お預かりした情報は、次の目的に利用します。
- 伺った内容を「先輩の声」としてLabLogに掲載すること
- 日程の調整、公開前の内容確認、謝礼のお渡しのためのご連絡
伺った内容の一部を、お名前などが分からない形で、LabLogの紹介や広報（SNSへの投稿を含みます）に使うことがあります。使ってほしくない場合は、お知らせいただければ使いません。これ以外に、ご本人の同意なく、ほかの事業や広告、採用・スカウトのご案内に利用することはありません。
5. 掲載のしかた
- お名前、学年、メールアドレスは掲載しません。掲載するデータにも含めません。
- 個人が特定されるおそれのある記述は、伏せたり表現を整えたりしたうえで掲載します。
- 掲載前の確認の一部に、外部の事業者が提供するAIのサービスを使うことがあります。AIの結果だけで掲載するかどうかを決めることはなく、最終的な判断は運営の担当者が行います。
- 伺った内容の全体を閲覧できるのは、大学発行のメールアドレスで在籍を確認した学生のみです。LabLogの紹介や広報に使う場合は、その一部だけを、お名前などが分からない形で使います。
- 掲載前に、確認用のページで内容をご確認いただけます。直したい点があればお知らせください。公開までに7日ほど、確認・取り下げの期間があります。
6. 第三者への提供
お預かりした個人情報と伺った内容を、第三者に提供・販売することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく場合を除きます。
7. 修正・削除
掲載の前後を問わず、ご連絡をいただければ、理由を問わず修正・削除いたします。ご連絡は下の窓口か、お問い合わせフォームで受け付けます。
8. 保管期間と安全管理
- お名前・メールアドレスなどの連絡先は、利用目的の達成後、遅滞なく削除します。なお、保有期間はインタビューの実施日から1年を上限とします。
- 伺った内容は、お名前などを含まない形で、掲載を続けるあいだ保管します。
- お預かりした情報にアクセスできる者は、運営の担当者に限ります。
- 通信は暗号化し、外部のサービス（Google、Cloudflare）を利用して保管します。掲載前の確認の補助には、外部の事業者が提供するAIのサービス（Anthropic）を、伺った内容の運営への通知にはDiscordを利用します。

Summary in English
This is a summary for students and faculty members who take part in a LabLog laboratory interview, including people who are not LabLog members. If anything differs, the Japanese text above takes precedence.
- What we ask: how your lab works (core time, meetings), how research and supervision work, career paths after graduation, and what you found after joining. You may skip any question.
- How the interview works: we explain this page and ask for your consent first. A LabLog student member types your answers into a form while you watch the screen. We record audio only if you agree, and delete it once your answers are written down.
- Personal information we keep: your name and email address (to arrange the interview and to let you check the text before it is published), your affiliation (university, faculty or graduate school, lab), and anything needed to send a thank-you gift.
- How your answers are published: as an anonymous “senior’s voice” on LabLog. We never publish your name, year or email address. We remove or rephrase anything that could identify you. Part of the pre-publication check may use an external AI service, but a staff member always makes the final decision.
- Who can read it: the full text can be read only by students whose enrollment we have verified with a university-issued email address. We may quote a small part of your answers, without your name, to introduce LabLog (including on social media); tell us if you do not want this.
- Checking and removal: you can check the text on a preview page before it is published. There are about 7 days to check or withdraw it before publication. We will correct or remove your answers at any time, before or after publication, for any reason.
- Sharing and storage: we do not sell or give your information to third parties, except where required by law. Contact details are deleted once no longer needed, and kept for at most one year from the interview. Data is encrypted in transit and stored with Google and Cloudflare; Anthropic’s AI service is used to help with the pre-publication check, and Discord is used to notify our staff.
